Please kindly adjust the headband and gently rotate the ear-cups to find the most comfortable fit for your head. A snug fit around your ears will help prevent sound leakage.
Can I adjust the volume/ANC on my headphones in wired mode?
No, the ANC, mic, and volume button controls do not work in wired mode.
